I was born. Obviously. In Munich, Germany.
A bit later I became a record producer and songwriter, and a bit of an alcoholic. Bad combination, when the professional part works out great and lots of money comes in.
Fast-forward several years, after crashing for several years, I sobered up. Best thing I’ve ever done in my life.
Then I discovered my passion for cooking and went to chef school. Another one of my (too few) great ideas.
I own a company called Sweet Venus Delights, in Austin, Texas. I’m married to Chef Karen. We make wonderful (of course) specialty chocolates together. And we develop further my Agasweet flavored agave nectar. I’m sure you will hear more about all this – if you read this blog.
